Jason certainly knows his business. He is passionate about it as well. I've enjoyed his knowledge of myofascial release, and form when it comes to movements. Form alone has improved my workouts not only by increasing my strength but balance and safety as well. I wish I had valued this knowledge in my 20's. I have been in crossfit 6 days a week for about 7-8 years now and I so look forward to my 2 days a week with Jason. If you get a chance to do a guided meditation with him please do it you will love it.

Form First, Strength will Follow. As we’ve all heard, sometimes you have to take two steps backwards to take three steps forward and this is exactly how I’d describe my training with Jason. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Athlete and having tried almost every type of programming and group fitness class there is (Crossfit, F45, Orange theory, etc) I was introduced to Jason. I was immediately hooked based on his style of training (Form First) accompanied by his extreme knowledge of nutrition. His passion for understanding how the body works and scaling back complex movements to its simplest form is exactly what I needed. Plagued by limited Range of Motion and aches in the past I trusted the “Just Dunn” way, introduced MFR and focused on my foundation. I was concerned that I may lose strength not “strength training” weekly but that was soon proven not to be the case as after a few training blocks I have increased strength on all my movements while also looking leaner and feeling and performing better. Needless to say I’m so happy I’ve found a trainer who understands the body. Trust the process!

Jason is an amazing trainer - the guidance he has given me over the last few weeks to get me back to myself, he taught me what it is to eat healthy again and showed me that once your food is right, the exercise you do with it is an added bonus. I lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks and couldn't have done it without him. He’s there to help you all the time and I have a busy life with 2 kids and working as well and always used the excuse I don't have time to do it and he showed me how to do it properly without starving myself and eating zero calories. With Jason I was always full, never hungry and still got to enjoy my weekends. Thanks a million.
